Ruby Hotel - Istanbul

This small property is incredibly beautiful and conveniently located within a short walk from a bus stop, as well as a 5-minute drive from the Great Barn.

the room was not only good, but amazingly comfortable too, and had a mini bar, a flat-screen tv with cable channels, and climate control. the location was particularly good and marvellous there, near everything.

Reasonably large rooms with a safe, television, and a mini-fridge-bar, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Really enjoyed the bidet in my private bathroom. the staff members were good and suggested local places.

This hotel is an absolute gem! The service is outstanding, with friendly staff always ready to fulfill your every wish. The hotel itself is like a work of art, with beautiful rooms and halls. I stayed in two different rooms, both impeccably clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need, from a jacuzzi bathtub to a fridge and flat-screen TV. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of a vibrant area with amazing restaurants and cafes nearby. Definitely worth every penny!

One aspect that could be improved is the cleanliness of the bathroom, as some guests mentioned finding mold on the edges.

Had a fantastic New Year's at this hotel! the staff was super friendly and fulfilled all my wishes without any hesitations. the rooms were like a work of art, with beautiful decor and clean facilities. I stayed in two different rooms and both had amazing jacuzzis and all the amenities I needed. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with plenty of great restaurants and cafes nearby. Plus, the hotel had a 24/7 reception and solid locks on the doors, so I always felt safe and secure.

The cleaning service was a bit lacking and they tried to charge me for a broken keychain, which I thought was unreasonable. the rooms were also quite small and I had to navigate carefully to move around.

The air-conditioned rooms at Ruby provided a comfortable stay during my visit. One feature that stood out was the private bathroom with a bidet. It felt like having a personal spa experience right in the room.- The staff at the 24-hour front desk were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay.- The hotel's proximity to popular attractions such as Dolmabahce Palace and Galata Tower made exploring the city a breeze.

The location of the hotel was great, with plenty of amazing restaurants and cafes in the area. The staff was okay and the overall cleanliness was okay-ish. The money-to-value ratio was somewhat good.

The room itself was tiny and not like the pictures advertised. There was no leg space to move around and the bathroom was very small and not clean.
